Trained in Charlotte, then in color at Wella Studio New York and in bridal makeup in Atlanta; opened The M Factor on Trade Street in 2021 after nine years in larger salons. The name is the family initial; the “factor” is the one detail that makes a cut or a color look like it belongs to you.
Every appointment is with her. No assistants, no double-booking, no upsell. If the result you want takes two visits, she says so before anything is mixed.
