How to cancel or move an appointment, and the redo policy.

Cancel or reschedule
Free with 24 hours’ notice by text, phone or email. Inside 24 hours, or a no-show, 50% of the booked service price is due at your next visit. Bridal wedding-day bookings require a 25% deposit, refundable up to 30 days before the date.
Late arrival
We hold the chair for 15 minutes. Because there is one chair, a late arrival may mean a shorter service or a rebook.
Redo
If a cut or color is not what we agreed, tell us within 7 days and we adjust it at no charge.
Refunds
Services are not refundable once performed; the redo policy applies. Unopened retail may be returned within 14 days with a receipt.
